How does a free test drive work?

Once your equipment is specified, we’ll deliver it directly to your chosen location — whether that’s a home, school, or care environment. The chair arrives fully assembled and configured, ready for use. Over the course of the two-week trial, you’ll have the opportunity to observe how it performs in day-to-day routines, allowing users, families, and professionals to assess comfort, function, and compatibility.
3. Expert Support Throughout
We’ll provide guidance on setup, adjustments, and training. If something’s not quite right, we’ll work with you to adapt it.
4. Decide with Confidence
At the end of the trial, the chair can be returned without any cost or obligation. Alternatively, if the product meets your requirements, we’ll support you through the next steps – whether that’s placing an order, exploring funding, or making further adaptations.
